After completing onboarding, your unique review link is available on your dashboard. QR code generation will be available soon - use the link in the meantime.
How does the customer experience flow work?add
Customers scan your branded QR code, leave feedback, and your team handles response and follow-up from one workspace. Positive signals can be turned into content drafts, and low ratings are prioritized for service recovery.
Where do I see customer feedback?add
All feedback appears in your Customers page, accessible from your dashboard. You will see sentiment, customer notes, and contact details when shared.
Can I customize the review template?add
The AI-generated review is personalized from customer feedback and your configured brand voice. Deeper template customization is in progress.
How do I update my business information?add
Business profile editing is available in settings. For urgent profile fixes, contact support directly.
How do I sign in on a different device?add
Visit review-plus.app and click Sign in. Use the same Google account you used during registration.
