How do I get my QR code?expand_more

After completing onboarding, your unique review link is available on your dashboard. QR code generation will be available soon — use the link in the meantime.

How does the customer experience flow work?expand_more

Customers scan your QR code or tap your NFC card. They rate their experience (positive, neutral, or negative). Positive customers get a pre-written Google review to post. Negative/neutral feedback is sent privately to you.

Where do I see customer feedback?expand_more

All feedback appears in your Customers page, accessible from your dashboard. You'll see the sentiment, any details provided, and contact info if the customer shared it.

Can I customise the review template?expand_more

The AI-generated review is personalised based on what the customer says they liked. Custom review templates and full AI configuration are coming in a future update.

How do I update my business information?expand_more

Business profile editing is coming soon. For urgent changes, contact support via the email below.

How do I sign in on a different device?expand_more

Visit review-plus.app and click Sign In. Use the same Google account you registered with to access your dashboard.
