Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Merchant” or “you”) and Review+ (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering for or using the Review+ platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Review+ provides a review management platform that enables local businesses to:

• Collect customer feedback via QR codes and NFC technology
• Route positive customers to leave Google reviews
• Capture negative feedback privately before it becomes a public review
• Generate AI-assisted review responses
• View feedback analytics and customer sentiment data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

To use Review+, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to operate the business you register. One account per business location is permitted under standard plans.

You agree NOT to use Review+ to:

• Solicit, fabricate, or incentivise fake or misleading reviews
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to customers
• Violate Google's review policies or any applicable laws
• Collect customer data without appropriate consent where required by law
• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage policies without refund.

As a merchant using Review+, you act as a data controller for the customer feedback you collect. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your customers are aware that their feedback is being collected and may include their personal details if enabled
• Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, CCPA)
• Responding to customer data requests (access, deletion) relating to feedback they submitted to your business

Review+ processes customer feedback data on your behalf as a data processor. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Review+ operates on a subscription basis. Pricing varies by region and plan as shown on the Pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• We may update pricing with 30 days' notice; continued use constitutes acceptance
• Free trial periods (where offered) are limited to one per business
• Hardware orders (QR stands, NFC cards) are subject to separate shipping and handling terms provided at the time of purchase

Review+ and its underlying technology, design, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.

You retain ownership of your business data and customer feedback. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Review+ integrates with third-party services including Google (Auth, Maps, Business Profile), OpenRouter (AI), and WhatsApp. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Review+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We will delete your account data within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For merchants in India, the laws of India apply. For merchants in other jurisdictions, the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is primarily provided apply. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Review+ after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
